Defiance, founded in 2018 by Wyatt ‘Critic’ Lang, has established itself solidly as a member of the esports scene. Defiance was founded on its core values of inclusiveness, integrity, and perseverance and these values are used to first and foremost to navigate their decisions in the esports industry. Defiance is also known for their charity work in the esports scene putting on multiple charity events a year raising money for charities such as The Brain Aneurysm Foundation and The Trevor Project, amongst others.
